So after five baking attempts - I present the Mudcake that I made for Dave's Tropico 30th Birthday Party (Cuban Theme).
White Chocolate Mocha Mudcake with Buttercream icing and a white fondant star.
Also here is a photo of my friend Tara and I at the party - proof that the blue icing turned our tongues blue. I also adore this photo, mostly because we both look SO young!
